Dear Roy, Our prayers are with you at this difficult time. To lose both parents in so short a time must be so difficult! I always remember that Ofelia was very friendl when I met her & that meant a lot to me. Later I recall that she & your father were the 'young' aunt & uncle that liked tro throw partioes & have all of the family around! I'm sure your own memories will comfort you. Our sincere sympathy, Trudy, Taylor, & Eric
Condolence to Roy and Grace. Your mom Ofelia was very close to my heart. I use to tell her to pray for us when we were sick, going on vacation or some sort of trouble etc. I feel life is empty without her. Ofelia and your dad Cupertino took care of me and my sister Ninette when we first arrived in Canada. These good memories will always remain with us. Thank you Roy and Grace for looking after my Aunt Ofelia when she was unable to look after herself due to her sickness.
Dear Roy and Grace, Our condolences on the passing of your mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Jean, Cathy and family
Dear Roy and Grace Please accept my sincerest sympathy on the loss of your mother Ofelia.I was extremely fond of your mother working with her in health records from 1985 to 1998. She was a good friend to me and will always have a place in my heart. She touched so many lives and will truly be missed. May you both find strength at this difficult time and peace knowing that she is now with the Lord. Yours truly, Megan
Dear Roy & Grace, please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of your beloved mum. I worked with Ofelia at the Hugh MacMillan Centre for 9 years. She was a great lady and a wonderful friend. I moved to Vancouver in 1999 but kept in touch with her and remembered to call her on the 6th of September every year which she so appreciated. Your dad Cupertine will always chat with me whenever I called and we had great laughs. When their Christmas card was returned I desperately tried to reach them but had no contact until one of our colleagues at the Centre informed me that your dad had passed away and that Ofelia no longer lived at Millwood Rd. I will miss my friend but I know she is with our Lord and Saviour. My prayers are with you both.
Ofelia was a lovely lady and always so kind to me and, Roy, so was your Father, Cupertino very thoughtful to me. We all met at OLPH and I know it must have been about 25 years ago. Also, when my Husband, Gordon died 11 years ago this May, your Parents called and checked on me often plus having Masses said for him. Your Mom and Dad were lucky to have you and Grace in their lives. God Bless and love to you both, Irene
What Is A Mother ? A mother is someone who provides you shelter, loves you with compassion and unconditionally, very understanding with an infinite amount of patience. Her heart is always full of forgiveness for any mistakes big or small. Always there to help out her family and friends. Her wisdom taught us all to love and forgive. She gave her life to me. Who was this person ? My Mother. I will always cherrish her memories and will love her forever. Roy
Our sincere condolences to Roy & Grace on the death of your beloved mother/mother-in-law and a good friend of our family, Ofelia. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
