JARRETT, David Leonard - Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2011 in his 63rd year. Loving father of Melissa (Brad) Dolson, and Christopher (Alisha) Jarrett. Devoted grandfather of Hailey Grace. He is survived by his sister Donna Craftchick. He will also be fondly remembered by Mary Jarrett, Sandy McCormack, his Myrtle Beach buddies, and many other family members and friends. His family would like to extend a special thank you to nurse Brenda, and the other attending nurses on 6th and 7th floor at the BGH for their care and compassion. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford on Thursday from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Friday from 12 - 1 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Palliative Care Unit at the Brantford General Hospital would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of David in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
