I always looked forward to see him and what he had to say that day. Thank you for being such a good person, and for always being a listening ear, You will be missed by all. Thanks again Dave, Rest in Peace my friend. Nina
I know that David was well loved and respected. He had great character and a BIG Heart. I will miss him immensely and forever in my heart. My prayers are with our children..
It was with mixed feelings that we learned that Cousin Dave had passed away on Tuesday. He was so positive and cheerful about his situation that we had to hope he would last forever. That was not in the cards, unfortunately, but now David can rest in peace. David will be sorely missed by us and all close to him. We send our condolences and our regrets, since we are out of the country and cannot be with you to honour David - a lovely man, who deserved better.
David...proud, strong, simple...loved to laugh, live in the moment and a straight shooter. Years ago, while married to my sister, he opened up his home to me and others, when we needed a place to stay. He was always ready to have a good time. Most recently, I had an opportunity to reconnect with him and share in his intimate journey. Times of stillness, intimate conversations, laughter and tears....thank you David, for allowing me to share in the final chapter of your life. I only wish I could of done more. Thank you for life's lessons you have left us all with. Rest in Peace Big Guy...we will see you again<3
My memories of Dave are those of a man who loved life and knew how to live it. I got to know Dave through my brother, Rick, who was a dear friend of Dave's. I will always cherish those days in Myrtle Beach, SC., as well as those when I was visiting at Rick and Kathy's (Ocean Annie's North), when Dave would come by. He really could light up a room. "The Beach" won't be the same without you, buddy.
I'm going to miss you Dave. My condolences to Dave's family. He was so proud of his children and granddaughter. RIP my friend.
We are deeply saddened at losing our cousin Dave. He was alweays there for his Mom and his family. He was a man with a kind and gentle heart who earned the respect of those who new him. Hopefully these memorfies of a good life and a good man will ease the burden of his loss.
We hope it helps to know that others share the sorrow in your hearts. Our deepest and most sincere sympathies to the family. Dave will be sadly missed.
