Candace and family, my sincere condolences. I have only just learned of Rob’s passing and it filled me with great sadness. I worked with Rob for several years and he was truly a ray of light at the office. Full of great ideas, humour and most of all love of his family. The world is a lesser place for his passing, he will be greatly missed.

Rob and I worked very closely together in GRS at Manulife. We had some great times together and he will be missed dearly.

My deepest condolences to the family. Rob was my maternity cover back in the Manulife Asia Regional Compliance Office in Hong Kong in 2015 and we had spent some time working together after I returned to office. Rob was a cheerful and humorous person and he loved to share his stories as a father of twins with me (who also a parent of twins). You will be missed, Rob.

Rob and I both spent a couple of months working in the Manulife compliance office in Hong Kong in 2015 . We both broke a foot while we were there and compared notes on hospital treatment. Weekend trips around HK on the buses and trains to see the sights were also fun.

I will always remember Rob's humour and good company. My thoughts are with his family.

Like so many of us, I write this with a heavy heart from such shock & sorrow but at the same time anchored in rock like faith, we’re all here to sustain the power of Rob’s love he left behind in all of us.

Traveling the globe and basking in the sun of many countries you two always lived with a zest for adventure. What a true love we got to see in what you two created.

The moments Rob and I were able to steal over the years as adults, whether at the Jersey shore, Toronto, Atlanta or New York are one’s I’ll cherish. Our usual bantering over hockey games or cheffing up the ultimate pea-meal bacon, will be just some of the silliness I will miss the most of my dear Cuz. Rob knew every hockey game I attended here in LA and I could bank on a screenshot of the game, no matter where he was watching. Hockey season will never be the same for me Cuz, ever.

I am sending all my strength, grace and love to surround Candace, Zach, Tim, Cousin Leslie, Bart, all Rob’s cousins, nieces, nephews, Aunt Marilyn and all the members of Rob’s ‘Soul Herd’, who are grieving at this time.
