Obituary of Marjorie May Aldred

Aldred, Marjorie Has gone to be with her Saviour and reunited with her husband, Raymond. She passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, August 12th, 2020 at the age of 93. Loving mother of Rick, Ron (Cynthia), Jeff (Siân), David (Lisa), and Sue (Bill). Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Survived by sister Irene. Deeply missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Elmer and Inga, and grandchild Eleanore. Marjorie was a pillar of her family and church community. Marjorie had a habit of cheerfulness and perseverance, and was sought out by many for her wisdom and love. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her for her adventurous spirit and kind nature. Friends will be received at BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford, on Sunday, August 16th, 2020 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. A Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, August 17th, 2020 at 11:00 am. Interment at Oakhill Cemetery. Donations to the Brantford Food Bank would be appreciated.
