Condolences form the officers, executive and members of The Royal Canadian Legion Beverly Branch 500 Lynden.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, a long time friend. Rest in peace June. We will remember you.
We learned with sadness about June’s death and wanted to tell briefly of our experiences of her as a step mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend from across the pond.
June came into our life as Jim Papple’s second partner and wife. We know that they had many happy times together and that they worked hard to bring up June’s fine daughter Margaret. June provided devoted care to Jim when he had to deal with chronic ill health.
We have fond memories of holidaying with them in both the UK and Canada and latterly many stories to tell of the fine holidays June had with us in Felindre, Wales
In later years June took a great pride in the interests and happening of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We know from experience that she loved to hear from them via letters, cards and pictures. June was ever so reliable and loving in her remembering of the children’s birthdays and at that special time Christmas by specially chosen cards.
Rest in Peace June Papple
Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Our sincere condolences from aunt Maureen and family
We will miss you June! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your efforts, work and dedication on behalf of Branch 605. The Legion will not be the same without you! We will forever miss your smile, your blushing when you were teased, and we will always be saying "ask June" she knows that. Forever in our hearts. Rest in peace June. With love and sincere condolences the membership at RCL Branch 605!
