Condolences
To All Family
I worked with Rick at the Peace Bridge his entire time there and got to know him.
We called him"sureshot". Know he is at peace and that he will be missed.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to Ellen and her family on the loss of their loved one. Rick was a great co-worker. He was easy to talk to and had great stories to tell from the Peace Bridge, even the college. I have missed Rick since he stopped working but I always knew he was around working in his yard, being with his family but now I will miss him even more but he will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Sincere condolences to the Wellman family. Rick was a great man and a great photographer. He will be missed.
Ellen - so sorry for your loss. I feel honored to have know and worked with Rick even though it was for a relatively short time. He always was a man of integrity and worked diligently to accommodate every request and I knew I could count on him when called upon.
Thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
