HORNING, Enid Mae Passed away peacefully at Park Lane Terrace, Paris, ON, on September 22nd, 2015, in her 88th year. Dearly loved sister of Mary Poss. Loving aunt of Dave (Sue) Carnahan, Alexis (Richard) Wing, Gerry (Maria) Carnahan, Tim (Margot) Carnahan, Debra Poss, Brian Poss and Heather Poss and many great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Gertrude Horning, her brother Arvin Horning and sister Barbara (Francis) Carnahan. For 35 years, Enid served as a Missionary in Japan from 1954 to 1989, for many years after her return to Canada, she was active in the local church community and the Oakland Township and Brant County Library boards. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Sunday, September 27th, from 1-2 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Private interment to take place at a later date. Donations to the Scotland United Church, Parkinson's Foundation or Park Lane Terrace Retirement Home would be greatly appreciated.
