I am so sorry that I could not attend the service today of Enid Horning.

I did not know her personally but met her through the church events and particularly through the UCW.

She was an outstanding Christian lady who was willing to give her life for Christ.

Please accept my sincere condolences.

On behalf of the United Church Women of Canada and Bermuda I extend sincere condolences to Enid's family and friends. She shared many of her life experiences at UCW gatherings, for which we are thankful. She lived her life caring for others she knew and those she did not know. She was indeed an ambassador for WMS and UCW.
