Obituary of John Garry Moore

MOORE, J. Garry - With sad hearts the family of Garry Moore announce his passing on Monday, November 16th, 2009, in his 66th year with his family at his side. Cherished husband of Karen Moore for over 40 years. Devoted father of Michelle (Rob) Seib and Paul Moore. Loving Pa of Mitchell, Emma-Leigh, Molly, Dylan and Bailey. Dear brother of Bud (Audrey) Moore, Betty (the late John) Turpin, Gerry Moore and the late Joan Williams. Much loved brother-in-law of Ron (Chris) Hurst and Steve (Shelley) Hurst. He will also be dearly missed by many other family and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, on Wednesday, November 18th, from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, November 19th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 20th, at 1:00 p.m. at the Yes Church, 305 West Street. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Family for Miss Emma-Leigh Seib who is Pa's Penny from Heaven would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Garry in the Beckett - Glaves Memorial Forest.
