Condolences
We were very sorry to hear of Garry's passing. He will be sorely missed at Dundas Valley curling club, he did so much for curling.
Karen & family, I'm so sorry to hear of Garry's passing. I did not know Garry & had met you at Celebrate Recovery a couple months ago. None the less, I wish to convey my sincere condolences to all. God bless. Shirley Archer
So very sad and shocked to hear of Garry's passing. He and I always enjoyed friendly "encounters" both on the golf course and at the curling club. We teased each other for many years - by always telling each other how marvellous we looked - Garry would grin and call me "gorgeous" the old smoothie - he knew the way to a woman's heart. He was a great golfer and curler and gave me a lot of curling tips in my early years. John and I will miss him. He was always "upbeat", pretty intense at curling, could holler pretty good on the ice! A fun and lovable guy all round. Please accept our sympathies. He went too soon.
For Karen and family, Having curled with and against Garry on numerous occasions at Dundas Valley,I am so saddened to hear of his passing.Being a keen competitor myself,I loved the way Garry really "got into the game" but at the same time showing supreme respect for the opposing team.As a beginner curler,he gave Sheila many encouraging comments, greatly appreciated by her.He personally taught me many technical details of the game, and loved to share a laugh or two after the match. We will miss him. Ron and Sheila Richards
Garry was a thoughtful, caring, full of life person who will be dearly missed by many. Please accept our condolences on your loss. Garry will be sadly missed - our thoughts are with you at this time.
Hello Mrs. Moore. My name is Jaci Taylor and I play baseball in St. George in the Ladies League. I would have preferred to come to the visitation but am sick with a bad cold and obviously don't want to pass it on to people. Garry and I used to kibbitz back and forth during the ball season and always had a few laughs. I am truly saddened and shocked by his passing and I would like to express my condolences to you and your family. He will be missed next season for sure.
For Karen and family. Please accept our sympathy. We will always remember Garry as a keen competitor and friend to all. Bill and Candy

Your father will be sadly missed, Hey John take good care of our daughter until it is our turn to join her.
We are sorry for your loss. We always remember Garry as a great curling teacher when we first joined the club. We always enjoyed playing with him and admired his dedication to the Club and the sport. We will cherish his memory.
Dear Karen and Family, We are so sorry to hear about Garry passing on. He will be missed by everyone in his huge circle of friends. His fellow curlers at Dundas Valley expressed there concerns for him while he was in the hospital and said a prayer for him and the family when they heard the news on Tuesday. Karen and I will look back on many great memories of curling, golfing, and visits with you and Garry in Florida. Karen and Gary Pearce
Dear Karen & family. Please accept our deepest sympathies. I remember helping you and Garry out with your landscape needs when you lived in Orkney, and then when you move to St. George. Garry seemed to take me under his wing when I first started curling and he taught me the game. We will miss his smiles and laughter around the club.
Karen & Family Vicky and I were very sad Garry's passing. We had no idea that he was ill. He was a good friend for many years and we had many happy times together, especially during the time spent in the in the Dundas office. Unfortunately, we did not get an opportunity to speak with you at the service but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Phil Beed
