A great guy, a great family....a brave and determined struggle...well done Rob!

I did not know and just found out I hope one day your family will read this and know of my sadness. I grew up with Rob in public school (Greenbrier)there were a group of us that would always hang around playing hockey, baseball or riding our bikes until dark. As a quote from the movie Stand By Me "I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?" This is so true. Dear Lockington Family I have no words to express to you my sadness of the lose of Rob. The world is a lesser place without him. But l know he is with God and the Angels. And even Heaven is improved by his presence their. And yet this knowledge can’t diminish your loss and your grief. With abiding respect and affection. I know you too are sure of this. I just found out about the passing of my long time friend Robby. I'm saddened obviously but Rob is now at peace. Dale you loved Robby unconditionally and gave everything you had. You were blessed to have each other and wonderful children to share the good times as well. We had so many laughs where ever we were or went. We did some dumb things but we didn't really care. Even though I have lived far from Brantford I've never forgotten where I come from and I will always cherish my memories with Rob. Rest in Peace my good friend.

Dale I am out of the country right now but still get the Brantford news. I was very saddened when I learned of Rob's passing. Everyone knew Rob as both a great person and family man.
