RIETVELD, Bertha - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, May 19, 2013 in her 89th year. Loving Aunt of several nieces and nephews in the Netherlands, Canada and France. Dear Friend of Conrad and Ann Guichelaar. Bertha is predeceased by her brothers Hendrik (2005) and the late Egbert and his wife Johanna. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Church and formerly of Wesley United Church since 1950. She was a Life Member of the U.C.W. at Wesley United Church. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Thursday from 12-1 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment Farringdon Burial Ground. Donations to St. Andrew's United Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Bertha in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
