SANDISON Marian Elaine (SYKES) - Peacefully at the John Noble Home on Saturday, February 2nd, 2013 in her 92nd year. Much loved wife of Donald "Sandy" Sandison and the late Jack Sykes. Loving mother of Paul and daughter-in-law Linda Sykes. Step-mother of Denise (David) and Debbie (Ray). Grandma will be missed by Julie (Phil), Kim, Colleen (Kevin), Andrew (Sarah), Arica (Ben), Scott (Jennie), Bryan (Candice) Rob (Renata) and 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Olive Woodard and brother Len Woodard. Marian will be missed by her sister-in-law May Woodard and her dear friend Dorothy Near. Marian was past Matron of Lynn River Chapter, O.E.S., member of the Daughter of the NIie, past worthy High Priestes White Shrine of Jerusalem, and member of Fairview United Church. Friends will be received at Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Monday. February 4th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Marion in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
