It is with great sadness that I noted the passing of David. I very much enjoyed the time I worked with David as Coordinator of Provincial Schools and later as Director of the Provincial Schools Branch of the Ministry of Education. My deepest and sincere sympathies go out to Margot and the family.

It was a pleasure and an honour to know and work alongside David. He was a rare gem, and will be sincerely missed by the Foundation staff and his colleagues.
