WHYNOTT, Wendy Suzanne (nee Hewitt) - Passed away peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side, on Wednesday, May 9th, 2012 in her 57 year. Beloved wife of John for over 34 years. Loving mother of Sherri (Adam) Marshall, and her step-children Terry (Colleen), and Kerri (George). Devoted Nana to Cameron, Jillian, Christopher, Jackson, Matthew, and Jordan. She is survived by her parents Vernon and Norma Hewitt, and her in-laws Ronald and Maxine Whynott, of Paris, her brothers and sisters, Donald, Wayne (Bev), Dave, Ken (Janine), Judy (Gerry), Vernon, Kathy (Mike), Janet (the late Jim), and Laura (Chad). She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and close friends. She was a long time dedicated employee of the John Noble Home and St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 - 1 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. A tree will be planted in memory of Wendy in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
