Condolences
I was one of his nurses- a bit late but I still think of him. It was an honour to share this final journey with you all- he was so loved and so loving always apparent. The last leg journey might of been a blur as to who was coming and when but us nurses become part of a family with you too. So on behalf of us that had the privilege to know him, thank you. It's a blessing to work with families like yours

THE LAST ALARM The bond between firefighters is like a secret. Its not that we won't tell you, its that we can't... Wayne, your shift has ended, you have earned your rest and may your memory continue to burn in the hearts of those that love you.
Wayne was my best man, which seemed natural as he was my best friend. To some he seemed gruff, which was only on the outside. He was a man that could be counted on. Our lives took different paths, but Wayne remembered to keep in touch. His kindness will be remembered.
My deepest sypathy to Wayne's family, I fondly remember when I was growing up in St. George the times spent at Wayne's home and playing cards in the garage. It did not matter when it was day or night I was always welcome in Wayne's home. Thanks old friend may you rest in peace. I deeply regret that I am unable to be there as I am out of the country. Wayne

Kath & family. I am so sorry to hear we've lost Wayne. I will miss him very much. I am taking comfort in the memories of all the fun we had at Mid America and even way back at Frederick's. May God comfort you at this time and please know our love and prayers are there for you now. The kids (now grown up) Austin and Elyse still talk about how much fun they had watching WWF at your house. Love to you all The Gartley's
Kathy & Family. Accept my condolence at the loss of Wayne. Many of his messages to me spoke of his love for his family. Treasure this memory as you all face the tremendous grief. Additional words fail me, as I have lost a great friend, of over 50 years. With Respect, Bruce
Jody and John Words fall short of expressing our sorrow for your loss. May the pain you feel in your heart lighten by the love that surrounds you both. Jody if my hug was strong enough to take away your pain, I would start now and never stop. I am sorry for your loss my friend. You have always been by my side for so many of life's side journeys. Just know that Scott and I are here for you both and you are always in our hearts. Love Melanie and Scott Challe

I truly wish things were different and I can't even begin to imagine how you feel. Wayne was truly your soul mate and getting past the loss will no doubt be extremely difficult. As said before,we ARE here for anything you need. There are no words to express our sympathy in the loss of Wayne and hope you find incredible inner strength to move forward. I think Wayne would want and expect that of you. With much love and sincerity.
