Shingler, William "Bill" - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, January 10th, 2025 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Joanne for 44 years. Predeceased by his son Bill Jr. Stepfather of Morgan (Sandi), Barbara (Donald) and Jeff. Cherished grandfather of Connor, Kirsten, Ben and Tess. Beloved brother of Gary and Nancy (Bill). He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many other relatives and friends, including the Friday Morning Breakfast Crew and fellow Brantford Musicians. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre on Friday, January 17th from 10 am until 11 am. A celebration of life will be held in the chapel at 11 am. Donations to Covenant House, Toronto or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of Bill in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
