Obituary of Patricia Welton

Welton, Patricia Hazel After a life of giving, the heart of our family, Patricia, peacefully passed away surrounded with love, on Monday, January 6th, 2025, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Roy for 67 years. Loving mother of Tom (Jo-Anne), Gordon (Anne-Margaret), and Brenda-Lee. Cherished grandmother of Sarah, Carolyn, Lindsay, Brock, Brittany-Leighe (Mark), Jessica-Lynne, Vienna (Matt), and Spencer (Laurel). Special great grandmother to Oakley, Wayne, and Nathan. She enjoyed many years working at Vickerman's as a cashier chatting with customers. She was one of the first women to work at Crane. She and Roy enjoyed traveling the world and sharing stories from their travels. She looked forward to going to the Gretzky center for her daily swim with friends. A special thank you to her friends Lynne, Shelley, Joyce, Mary-Anne, Dorreen, and Leone for their love and support. We are so grateful to guardian angel Lisa, for her ongoing advocating and care. A graveside service will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery on Thursday, January 16th, at 1pm. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Particia in the Beckett Glaves memorial forest.
