Every once in a while in a lifetime, you meet a family who forever leaves an imprint on your heart. Carol and her sweet family had enough love for me and my brother to their own young family. They opened both their home and hearts to two young children who needed it most. Albeit but a short time, it was long enough to teach us that goodness exists and that resilience was possible.
Thankyou to the Draper family and to Carol for sharing what most children get unconditionally. Love sweet love.
