Braund, Gordon William - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Shirley. Cherished brother of Jean. Predeceased by his siblings Robert, Arthur and Marie. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., on Wednesday, October 9th from 10:30 am until 11:30 am. A Celebration of life will be held in the chapel at 11:30 am. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of Gordon in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
