Atkinson, Edward Louis - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, September 20th, 2024 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth. Loving father of Julene (Andrew) Russell, Wesley (Brittany) Atkinson and Rachel (Jacob) Atkinson. Cherished grandpa of Adeline Russell. Dear brother of Gary (Faye) Atkinson and Randy (Ariadne) Atkinson. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by Kirsten Brown, Maxine Brown (Garrett), Leda Brown, Sandra Tisdale, and members of the LDS Church. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, (519) 752-4331. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Edward in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
