Obituary of Glen Edwards

Edwards, Glen 'Mad Dog" Passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, May 20thm 2024 at 73 years of age. Reunited with his wife Mary (1985). Loving father of Charlene, Glen, Gwen (Mark), Marsha and Michael. Devoted Grandfather of Samantha (Bernard), Christopher, Ally, Evan, Kaydance and Ryan. Great-Grandfather of Greyson. Survived by siblings Gene, Don (Charlet), Rosemarie (Jerry) and Sheila. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Iona and his siblings Carl, David, Keith and Gordon. Fondly remembered by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Glen was a motorcycle enthusiast creating his own business Big Boar Cycle customizing bikes. He will be deeply mised by his family, biker enthusiasts and friends. Family and friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford, 519-752-4331 on Thursday June 6th, 2024 from 2-4 and 7-9 and Friday June 7th from 11 am until the service time at 12 pm. The Funeral Service will commence in the chapel at 12:00 pm. Memorial Reception to follow from 1-2. For Glen "Mad' Dog's" Last Ride we will make our way to our bikes at 2:00 pm. Kickstands up at 2:20 to proceed to Pleasant Hill Cemetery, 78 Painters Rd. Onondaga by way of Highway 54. If desired, donations to Childrens PKU research would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted in memory of Glen 'Mad Dog' in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
