Condolences
I just discovered today that Brian had passed away. He was a man of integrity and a blessing to all who knew him. Elaine and family, may you be comforted and think of all the wonderful times you had together. Although I only knew him in his professional capacity, he was a treasure to all. Shalom.
I am sending lots of love and blessings to Brian, his family and all those that were close to him.
I was fortunate to have Brian in my corner and we grew even closer over the years and Brian was always there to
help me and my family out whenever I came calling.
I am grateful for his wise and caring advice as well as sage insight.
He will be missed and we are thankful for his positive impact, humour and friendship.
Please reach out at anytime, we are always here to support you all. God Bless.
Dear Elaine and family, we are sending our sincerest condolences to all of you during this challenging time.
As you know, Brian has been part of our life for around 35 years. In addition to being very smart, he was one of the most patient, kind, and understanding humans we have ever met. We appreciate all his help over the years, and we feel blessed to have known him for so long. We will miss him dearly.
Veena & Vinay and the Nikore family
My sincerest condolences to the entire Mandell family. Wishing you strength during this difficult time.
Brian played such an important role for our entire family for decades, and we all had nothing but incredibly positive things to say about him. When I moved back to Canada several years ago and began working with Brian, he suddenly become one of the few people to work with our entire family. While personally my conversations with Brian were typically consolidated once a year, it was always a joy to speak with him as he would always inject humour into every situation - he somehow made tax season enjoyable.
Our entire family will miss him dearly, and we are grateful we had a chance to know such a great man for so long.

Our heartfelt condolences go out at the passing of a truly wonderful and caring man whose selfless nature touched everyone around him. The joy Jerry brought to Elaine's life from when they first started dating is evident, as his love and kindness made her feel like royalty. He continually made sacrifices to ensure the happiness of his family and took great pride in his car - a topic often shared with enthusiasm at family gatherings. His unquestionable love for his children and respect from colleagues added to the richness of his life, as well as our fond memories filled with laughter. The unique bond he formed with Elaine radiated warmth; their relationship was truly special. As we cherish those invaluable moments, may Jerry rest peacefully knowing he will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Brian was a great colleague to have and he helped me immensely with my practice. It was always a good time to go to training courses and just to have lunch . I will miss him very much.
Very deepest condolences from Mark, Danielle, Adriana, Luke, and Kristian Del Cantero. Brian always provided our family with a feeling of security, calm, and friendship. He truly cared and was more than our accountant, he was truly a friend. Danielle especially misses the meetings with Brian where he would share his travel plans and love for his family, especially Elaine. He will be deeply missed.
Jerry Brian Mandell was a kind, humble, honest person and I was fortunate to call him my friend and accountant. Brian was always there when you needed him and I always trusted him. I remember when he came to visit us in Sveta Jana Jastrebasko, Croatia one summer and he was so amazed at how beautiful and different everything was compared to Canada. He took pictures of the bakery, the picturesque village and enjoyed the food and music. But one thing he enjoyed most was the morning walks around the village and getting a glass of water after from the natural spring at the edge of the mountain. After that trip every time I walked into his home office there it was an electronic photo album with pictures of his memorable moments in Croatia. He would look at the pictures and say “I wish I could go back to Croatia and get a glass of water from that mountain”.
I was looking forward to your next trip to Croatia.
We love you but God loves you the most. You left us so soon and you will be dearly missed.
May your gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
Elaine, Mike,Robin and Scott
