Bañuelos, Elizabeth (nee Dalgleish) - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the Brantford General Hospital at 53 years of age. Daughter of Marilyn (nee Humphries) and Keith Dalgleish, daughter-in-law to Helen (nee Castro) and the late Richard Sr. Bañuelos. Loving wife of Michael Bañuelos. Devoted mother to Christopher Gipp, Matthew and Anthony Bañuelos. Loving sister to Robert (Elizabeth), Gillian (Peter), Katharine, and sister-in-law to Suzy (Allan), Michelle (Albert), Marissa (Chuck), Peter (Inez), predeceased by Richard Jr. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Elizabeth’s love for her family was unmatched. She was known for her passions of cooking, baking, travelling, genealogy, and knitting. She also loved her cats Athena, Gracie, and Syd. Family and friends will be received at Beckett- Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford, 519-752-4331 on Sunday July 31st, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. A Celebration of Life will commence at 3 p.m at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Elizabeth in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
