Raven, Shirley Sylvia (nee: Steward) - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, June 26, 2022 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of James for 68 years. Loving mother of Nancy (Guy Roy) Raven, Betty (Stuart) Lealess, Toni (Rick) Procter, Tim (Wendy Wallace) Raven. Also fondly remembered by her brother Wes, sister June, 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Shirley is predeceased by her brother Kenneth. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, (519) 752-4331. Donations to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of Shirley in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
