Obituary of George Hyde

George W.R. Hyde AKA Grumpy Born: September 26, 1943 Entered into Rest: February 4, 2022 Beloved husband of 53 years to Gloria Ann Hyde (nee LeBuffe). Beloved father of Joseph (Tanya), Jesse and Jody (Frank). Grandfather of Andrew, Joseph, Kayley and Ben. Sister Carolyn Babb (Late James), Wayne Hyde (Sherryl), Richard Hyde (Late Sandy), Fran Bettyanne Castellano (Micheal), several nieces, nephews and sister in law Kiberley LeBuffe. Predeceased by Heather LeBuffe and Cory LeBuffe. George loved his family and he loved to watch hockey and baseball cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays. George retired from Massey, Case and Vacform and will be fondly missed by all who knew him. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, (519) 752-4331. Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of George in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
