Condolences
Muriel and family, We were saddened to hear about the passing of Bruce. He was always so kind, friendly and cheerful whenever we saw him. We will miss his friendly smile. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. Tom and Kathy Wilson
Allan, Laura and Muriel,
Mr Garvey, was like a second father to me. He was always there to offer words of advice and encouragement. Teaching us to play billiards, or give advice on swinging a golf club, letting us use old nails and lumber so Allan and I could build a fort or make a huge racket swimming in the pool or playing in the yard. I was always amazed when he let us take out his wonderful T bird to go for a drive.
I have nothing but fond memories.
On behalf of myself and the Pietrkiewicz family please accept our sincere condolences as we keep you in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
Jamie Pietrkiewicz
Bruce was the first man in the maintenance department (I was hired in 1977) that friended me. I looked to him as a mentor, and he was not only a mentor at SCJ, but shared life experience with me.
God bless you Bruce.
