Caswell, Marilynne Esther - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Caswell (1984), former employee of the London Free Press. Loving mother of Dennis Caswell. Cherished stepmother to Amanda Malaga and Christa (Vance) Leong. Beloved Nana to Taylor, Morrigan, Jade, Xander and Jack. Great Nana to Kaccee. Sister to Dayle (David) Youngs. Predeceased by her mother, Pearl Bender, father, Leonard Bender and her stepsister, Elaine Calquhoun. She will be fondly remembered by her friends and family. Marilynne's home was open to many wayward country musicians. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 1-3 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face masks and social and physical distancing must be adhered to. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of Marilynne in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
