Obituary of Helen Nemeth

Nemeth, Helen - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, September 4th, 2021 at 88 years of age. Reunited with her husband John (1995) and late son John. Loving mother of Les and Csuba Nemeth (Janet). Cherished grandmother of Austin and Jennal. Survived by her brother Nick Danko (Helen). Predeceased by her brother Steve. Deeply missed by her sister- in- law Rose. Fondly remembered by her nieces; Rosemarie, Irene, Caroline, Kathy, Laurie and Yolanda. Helen will be deeply missed by her family and friends in Hungary. Predeceased by her parents Istvan and Maria. John, Helen and their family immigrated from Hungary on July 7th, 1971. Helen will be remembered by her cooking, love for butterflies and dancing to Hungarian music, she was a pillar to her family and will be fondly missed by all who knew her. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre,88 Brant Ave., Brantford 519-752-4331 on Thursday, September 9th, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, September 10th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 9 Waverly St., Brantford. Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face masks must be worn and social and physical distancing must be adhered to. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest in memory of Helen. ~SZERETETTEL ANYUKA~
