Passed away surrounded by his family at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at 77 years of age. Reunited with his son Robert (2017). Loving father of Terri Gehue (Mark) and Craig. Loving grandfather of Mark-Allan (Emily) Gehue, Jessica Gehue (Marcus), Sarah Reeve, Junior Burrows and 4 special great-grandchildren; Chloee, Markus, Meekah and Emmah. Survived by brother Alan Reeve (Sharon). Deeply missed by his lady friend Margaret. Predeceased by his parents Herbert and Joyce and sister Joyce Cumin. Herb was a passionate long-haul truck driver who loved to travel throughout Canada and the United States, he will be fondly missed by all who knew him. A private service has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford (519) 752-4331. Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Herbert in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
