Obituary of Roger Green

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Roger Lawrence Green on Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at the age of 66. After a year long battle with cancer, he was able to pass at home with his partner Barb Fleming and his two daughters Lori and Valerie Green by his side. Son of Lawrence Green and the late Shirley Green(Marsden), big brother to Brenda, Barb, Mike, and Lisa. He is also leaving behind the mother of his children Betty Green, son in law Dwight Garlow, two granddaughters Davana and Delaney Garlow, who he cherished dearly. Roger worked at Massey Ferguson for 11 years, Gates Rubber for 15 years and 20 years as a medical driver for Six Nations. He made a lasting impression on all his friends and family and he will be greatly missed by many. Cremation has already taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, (519) 752-4331. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Soup for the Soul would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Roger in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
