Campbell, Evan Maynard - With deep sadness, but lasting memories, we announce the passing of Evan Campbell on March 1st, 2021 in his 98th year. Now reunited with his beloved wife Lois (nee Bellhouse) (2002). Evan's legacy of love lives on through his family. He was the loving father of two sons; the late Wayne (2011) and his wife Linda and Harvey and his wife Kathryn. Much loved papa to Matthew (Heather), Kayla (Brendan), Lisa (Jotham) and Sarah (Mike), along with five great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren Clara, Brayden, Eric, Kinley, Reid, Luke and Mitchell. He was a gentle, kind and caring man who with his unassuming manner touched the hearts of everyone who met him. Evan grew up on a farm south of Brantford on Cockshutt Road and took over the family dairy farm from his parents John and Irene. He loved animals and especially his childhood dog Betty. In retired life he enjoyed golfing and spending time with family and friends in their RV located in Port Dover. Evan was a long time member of Burtch Baptist Church. The family wishes to thank Dr. Hadley and all of the staff at St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre (Oriole Ave) for their compassionate care. For those wishing to make a donation in Evan's honour, please do so to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. A private funeral service will be taking place. The live webcast for Evan's funeral service will commence at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 5th, 2021. A tree will be planted in memory of Evan in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
