Watson, William “Earl” Stanley - passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 19, 2020 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the late Ruth for over 55 years. Loving father of Darren and his wife Heather, Craig and his wife Lisa. Caring grandfather of Jared, Jessica, Sarah, Bethany, Chloe and Andrew. Great grandfather of Kinley. Also survived by his brother Wayne, brother-in-laws Steve Domotor (Bette), Bill Collins and sister-in-laws Betty Georgian, Marie Persall, and Kathleen Hawkins (Robert) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Stan and Pearl Watson, brother-in-laws George Domotor, Clarence Persall, John Johnston, Art Georgian, Walter Gulla, Paul Tayti and sister-in-laws Judith Tayti, Margaret Collins and Helen Johnston. Earl worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance for over 20 years, Canadian Federation of Independent Business and owned an automobile dealership. He was a very active member of his church. Earl was a longtime employee and friend of The Glaves family and staff. Due to the outbreak of Covid 19 friends are encouraged to be present online at the funeral by attending the web-cast available at www.beckettglaves.com on Thursday, at 11 a.m. A private family interment will take place at Farringdon Burial Ground where Earl will be interred with Ruth. Arrangements have been entrusted to the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331.
