Obituary of Hugh Zimmerman

Zimmerman, Albert 'Hugh' Passed away at his residence on Monday, September 28th, 2020 at 67 years of age. Reunited with his wife Lillian (2001). Loving father of Colin Green (Berniss Powless), Step-daughter Cathrine (Gary) and Step-son James Powless. Cherished grandfather of Ryan Powless and Erykah Green, Ilyana Green and Tyra Powless, Mercedes Hill, Sandra Hill and Vivian White. Great-grandfather of Aniah Green. Deeply missed by Special friend of Shari Powless. Deeply missed by his siblings William Zimmerman, Clifford Zimmerman, Randal Zimmerman, Florence Patrick, George Zimmerman and Lee Mowers-Zimmerman. Predeceased by his parents William and Ruth Zimmerman. Born in Brantford, Hugh worked for CGC for 42 years where he will be missed by many friends and colleagues. He will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. At his request cremation has taken place A graveside service will take place at Farringdon Burial Ground on Friday, October 9th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Ave. Brantford, 519-752-4331.
