Joan McKenzie (nee: Duckworth) - Passed away peacefully on September 9, 2020 at the Brantford General Hospital, following a brief illness. Loving daughter of the late William and Verna Duckworth. Devoted wife of the late Duncan McKenzie. Loving mother to Michael McKenzie, wife Linda of Saugus, Massachusetts and Mark Mckenzie, wife Linda of Wilmington, Massachusetts. Caring grandmother of Matthew McKenzie and Michelle McKenzie Brazil. Doting great-grandmother to Kailey McKenzie, Connor McKenzie and Gia Brazil. Devoted sister to Jack Duckworth, wife Colleen and Susan Place. Joan is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of Joan in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest. Due to the pandemic there will not be burial services at this time. A Celebration of Life Service will be held once restrictions have been lifted.
