On Thursday May 21, 2020, Patrick Joseph James Marcotte passed away in Brantford, Ontario. Born in Terrace Bay Ontario on Jan 22, 1953 to Mary (nee Goodchild) and Emmett Marcotte, Pat grew up and went to school in Terrace Bay, Thunder Bay, and Guelph. Pat will be fondly remembered by friends and family for his sense of humour and infectious laugh. Pat spent many years in the theatre industry, acting as the Assistant Manager of Kitchener's Centre in the Square, and subsequently overseeing the renovation of Brantford’s Sanderson Centre as General Manager. He is survived by his wife Kim (nee Rounce), his first wife Lois (nee Barker), and their three children Adrienne, Graham, and Joe as well as his sister Diana (Barry), brother Bob, brother in law Reg, and a large extended family of nieces and nephews. Pat was predeceased by his beloved sister Grace, brother Don, and sister Rita.
Memorial donations can be made to the Brant County Health Services.
A tree will be planted in memory of Patrick in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
