WRIGHT, Willena "Lena" Janet
Gone to join her family and friends, Lena passed away on Saturday, December 21st, 2019, at the Brantford General Hospital at the age of 92. Lovingly missed by her "adopted" children; Heather (Al) Buttenham, Steve (Miriam) Nelson. Dear aunt of Floyd Wright. Many thanks to Dan and Theresa McDougald and all the singers at the Folk Club for all their loving attention over the years. Long time employee of TRW and an avid volunteer for various agencies within our community. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331, on Sunday, December 29th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral service will be held on Monday in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations the Brant S.P.C.A or the W. Ross McDonald School for the Blind would be greatly appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Lena in the Beckett - Glaves Memorial Forest.
