The families of the late Samantha Leigh Eddy in her 50th year, saddened to announce her passing at her residence on Saturday, October 5, 2019 after a lengthy struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. Beloved wife of William 'Bill' McLaughlin. Loving mother of Billeigh Abigayle McLaughlin. Loving daughter of Patricia A. Mordue of Woodstock and Larry D. Eddy. Sister of Shawn M. Eddy. Aunt of Baily and Jesse Eddy of Brantford and sister of Katie Howe-Eddy of Port Dover. At Samantha's request cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Ave. Brantford, 519-752-4331. Donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Autism Canada would be appreciated. The family wish to thank all the doctors, personal support workers and nurses for their care, compassion and respect and especially to her husband Bill for being such a loving and helpful caregiver during her long years of illness.
A tree will be planted in memory of Samantha in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
