DYCZKOWSKY, Walter Passed away peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Thursday, June 20th, 2019, at the John Noble Home, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Irena Dyczkowsky for over 55 years. Loving father of Terry (Wendy) Dyczkowsky and Kristina (David) Cameron. Dear gigi of Alysha (Dustin), Lindsay, Tanner, Hilary, Rianna, Collin (Jennifer), Celeste, Hayden and Taylor and great-gigi of Hayden and the late Lilianna. Sadly missed by his niece Ivanka, his nephew Jerry (Elena) and their families. Reunited with his dear brother Lewko. Walter came to Canada as a young man and professional soccer player, he played for Toronto and Rochester NY and later back in Toronto at the end of his career. Many thanks to Dr. Janice Legere and the staff of the John Noble Home for the excellent care they took of Walter. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331, on Sunday, June 23rd, from 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, June 24th, at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Cemetery. Donation in lieu of flowers to the Palliative Care John Noble Home would be greatly appreciated.
