Hopkins, Sharon (nee Catherwood)
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 in her 66th year. Loving mother of Brenda (Zak) Hockin and David ( Tanya) Hockin and step-son Steve (Kelly) Hopkins. Cherished grandma of Nicolette, Ashlynn, Abigail, Janessa, Sophia and Charlotte. Sister of Robert (Linda), Gary (Kim), Jamie (Traci), Brian (Sandie) and Louise (Rod). Predeceased by her parents James and Agnes and brother Ronnie. She will be deeply missed by her extended family and friends. After her retirement from Canada Post her passion for customer service continued as she drove Taxi for the City of Brantford. Her smile will be missed by all who got to know it. A Celebration of Sharon's life will take place at BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford, on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Sharon in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
