SHARP, John Edmund
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at Park Lane Terrace, in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Veronica "Toots" Sharp. Loving father of Ed (Linda) Sharp and Christine (Wayne Alambets) Sharp. Dear papa of Opal, Justin, Melanie, Nadine and Samantha and great-grandfather of Ethan, Hermaine and Esmee. Sadly missed by loving companion Jean Young and his true confidant and "Well-Nigh" son Murray Elliott . He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Lifetime employee of Gates Rubber, a member of the Branch 90 Legion and an active participant of the Burford Hunt Club. Special thanks to the caring staff of Park Lane Terrace and Charlotte Villa. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331, on Wednesday, April 17th from 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Interment Troy Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
