Hammer, Michael Ray - Passed away at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Much loved by his father Raymond (Tonya) Hammer and his late mother Darlene McNulty. He will be dearly missed by his sister Kimberly (Brad) Hammer, his nephew Avery Hammer and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Lastly, but certainly not least he will be missed by his cat Trouble. A special thanks to his friend Heather, and to the staff of the ICU and the wonderful nurse Lisa Campbell. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Tuesday from 10-11 am. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 am. A tree will be planted in memory of Michael in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
