COMISKY, Judith Ellen
It is with broken hearts that we announce that Judy passed away peacefully (November 27th, 2018) in her 75th year. She leaves behind her beloved husband Steve Comisky. Predeceased by her daughter Shona Beth (James). Caring mother of Krista Riddersma (Dan), Corin, and Steve Jr. (Janice). Dear grandmother of Laura and Spencer Riddersma. Loving daughter of Katherine Kenny. Much loved sister-in-law of Janet and Herb Denton. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at St. Joe’s Hospital in Hamilton for their compassion and wonderful care. Thank you to Father Peter Ciallella for your prayers and guidance during this difficult time. Judy loved life! She loved being surrounded by family and friends and sharing so many laughs. We will miss her contagious laugh, terrific sense of humour and adventurous spirit. She absolutely loved to travel and see the world. She enjoyed rainy days and laughing at how bad she was at bowling! "We miss you so much. Our world will never be the same without you!" At Judy's request cremation has taken place. Arrangements were entrusted to the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Blessed Sacrament Church, 181 King Street, in Burford on Saturday, December 1st at 9:45 am. Donations to St. Joseph’s Lifecare Foundation would be appreciated.
