Obituary of John Elcomb

Elcomb, John Bernard Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, May 14th, 2018 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (2013). Loving father of John Jr and his wife Donna, Susan Guillemette and her husband Michael, the late Greg (2010). Survived by his brother David (Avis Ann). Predeceased by his brother Frank (Audrey). John is survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy in WWII, was a longtime member of NCHA and the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 461. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Saturday from 12-1 p.m. A Celebration of John's life will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
