Peaker, Marie

Passed away peacefully at the John Noble Home, on Tuesday, Sept. 12th, 2017 in her 81st year. Loved companion of Anthony Zebertavicius. She will be fondly remembered by all of her family members and friends. Marie loved her jazz music (her father was even historically recognized and made a member of the Order of Canada in 1974), and she was well known for singing her favourite jazz tunes. A Graveside Service will be held at at later date. At Marie's request cremation has been arranged through the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, (519) 752-4331. Donations to the Royal Conservatory of Music, or the Royal Canadian College of Organists would be appreciated.

A tree will be planted in memory of Marie in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
