Wiedrick, Donald Evan - Passed away suddenly at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, April 8th, 2017 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Helen Alice Wiedrick (1998). Special friend and companion for many years of Dorothy Keresturi. Loving father of Donald (Jr), Debbie and her husband Jim Clayton, David and his wife Marie. Caring grandfather of Andrew (Lauren), Jim (Caty), Samantha (Scott) and Alex. Also survived by his sister Pauline Amey and many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to the Keresturi family who welcomed Don with open arms. Predeceased by his brother Lawrence. Don was a carpenter in Brantford for many years. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. A private family funeral service will be held on Wednesday. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to Camp Trillium would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of Don in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
