I had the blessing of intertwining with Lee & Marilyn many times through life. First as they moved in across the street, led our Church in Jerseyville, serving at Oneida Baptist Camp, and yet again as a Nurse at the BGH, first working, then as a patient. I remember sitting in my 'third from the front' spot on Sunday mornings, with her just in front of the stage, thinking 'when I get older, I think she is who I want to be like' (It was quite an extensive game as I was very picky, even when little....but Marilyn possessed so much love, joy & passion, that I couldn't resist picking her). Anything from baking bread, to teaching me how to braid, to singing and dancing to 'I'm in the Lord's Army, YES SIR!', she did with such a love for life. It was an honor to be among so many this morning whom shared that same love for that same light in life. There is no doubt you continue to shine on :) I am so sorry for your loss, Lee.
