MARCH 2 1017, TODAY MARKS 60 YEARS THAT PAPA AND MOM ARRIVED IN CANADA. WE CHOSE TODAY FOR THE INTERMENT OF PAPAS ASHES AT HOLY CROSS CEMETERY.

I will always remember the good times we had my father's farm with Mihaly and his family.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Mihaly. Nick has fond memories of Mike growing up on the same street in Pacin, Hungary. Nick was glad that he had someone he knew from Hungary living nearby when he was stationed at Camp Borden during his years in the army. He valued your friendship and support.

We were both pleased that you could attend our wedding in Barrie in 1965 as Nick's family could not attend.

Rip Mihaly Bachi..My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I've known them all of my life. They watched me grow up. Mike was always smiling, full of jokes.He always wore a hat. I would love to go down to my grandparents house when Mike and Emilia was down. Just walking in he had a huge smile on his face and I'd say hi Mike Bachi and he'd laugh and say no no no it's uncle Mike and give me a huge hug and kiss. I remember going fishing with Mike,his grandson,my brother and grandpa. I loved going up to Emilia and Mikes house for visits seeing them and their daughter Susan and grandson Nick. I've never seen Mike Bachi ever in bad mood he was always happy and bright full of smilies even when I went to see him in the hospital still fighting to be in good spirits being strong as he could be for his family and making a joke trying to scare his wife.I will deeply miss Mike Bachi and hold onto all the memories I have had with him. Now you may Rip out of pain..My condolences sent to the family See you again one day Mahi Bachi keep smiling down at us xoxoxo

I remember him always walking around outside and making jokes whenever he came to visit, he always said hello. He had a good heart and was a good man. I am so sorry for your loss. Lots of Love and Hugs. R.I.P Mihaly.

My grandfather was always such a kindhearted humble soul all through the family garbage witch most know about even through everything he was always ready to smile crack a joke and get people smileing anytime you where around grandpa you where smileing jokeing laughing it's how he was his happy moods and humbleness was contagious to all that crossed his paths he was a kind sweet soul an angel while he was alive and now an angel in the end this man had a very very liveing relationship with God I have no doubts at all he is in the loveing hands of God :):) he never wished bad upon anyone even people he didn't favor he always got along with everyone and never ever had a single fight with anyone he was the definition of a true gentleman even on his deathbed he was a true gentleman shakeing the doctors hand when he barely had strength to let out a single word he found enough strength to shake that doctors hand and say thank you sir even after the doctor told him he was dieing :(:( if my grandfather thought me anything it was to be patient be humble and be a gentleman to all give people that do you wrong a second chance and never judge anyone treat everyone equal and with humbleness if anything for my grandfather I am going to try to be more humble and happy poopsie I am going to miss you more than any words can ever possibly discribe I loved you so much so so much we will be together again one day

In our loud and aggressive circle of friends and family Miha'ly ba'csi was always a calming force. Ready with a shy smile, a joke, a good humoured comment. He let unkind or thoughtless words go unanswered if they were directed at him but defended others if they were on the receiving end. He was always a gentleman and a good friend to many.

It is sad that so few of the old group are alive to know of this sad event, because it would be fitting that they cry over him and miss him dearly.

My thoughts are with those left behind.

May mihaly bachi rest in peace with god! I have known mihaly since I was a young boy! And have so many fond memory's I could share from his large personality, our family events, fishing with my grandfather and his grandson Nicolas. I will never forget mihaly always loving his Woden pipes and correcting us when we happily greeted him mihaly bachi!!! And he would reply that's uncle Mike to you boy! Today god is smiling to have an angel return to him.
