Passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, July 4th, 2016 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Diane (nee Randall) for over 47 years. Dear brother of Mary (the late Edward) Zombeck, Dale and Michael. Predeceased by his parents Doris and Allan Croome. He will be fondly remembered by all of his family members and friends. Herb loved bowling, his gardens and his flowers. At his request, cremation has been arranged through the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, (519) 752-4331. A Memorial Service will be held in Herbert's memory at Beckett-Glaves, 88 Brant Ave on Monday at 2 p.m. with visitation for one hour prior to the service. Donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Herb in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
